Feldo Luxury, S.L. is a company founded by a young and dynamic team, backed by the advice and professionalism of our staff. Our goal is that, as our customer, you are satisfied with our products and service.
Therefore,  Feldo Luxury, S.L. offers a new online shopping service that allows you can easily buy online from your computer.  Bellow we show you our general conditions, which regulate the purchase of Feldo items. The use of this website constitutes your agreement with these terms. These conditions are always applied, unless otherwise agreed in writing and for a specific aspect. However, if you had any  questions about these conditions please contact our Customer Service Centre, which will be happy to assist you .

Intellectual property

The content and FELDO creations shown on the FELDO luxury watches pages are subject to German intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, processing, dissemination or any other use outside the boundaries of these intellectual property rights require written permission by FELDO. FELDO always strives to comply with other intellectual property rights,  uses its own processing and creates its own licenses.

Warranty on content and licenses

Our website has been designed with the greatest attention. But we cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity and actualization of its content. As a vendor service, under paragraph 7 Abs.1 TMG, we are responsible for the contents of this page following the general rights. However, from paragraph 8 to paragraph 10 TMG we are not obliged, as a vendor service, to verify the outside information communicated or stored or to investigate the details dealing with illegal activity. Commitments to eliminate or block the use of information according to the general rights remain intact. A guarantee about that, however, is possible only when there is specific knowledge of violation of the law, hence we will proceed to delete these contents immediately. Our offer of FELDO luxury watches page includes links to external websites and content which cannot be verified. Therefore we cannot provide any guarantee or acknowledge any responsibility for these external contents. For the content of link sites, the seller or the user of the page will always be responsible. Possible illegalities in the link sites have been established at the time of the link. No illegal contents were detectable at that time. Therefore a permanent control of the content of pages without any concrete evidence would be excessive. In case of any illegality in these pages, they will be deleted immediately after being informed.

• through our online store. In FELDO LUXURY, SL you can shop on-line throughout the year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The purchasing process through our online shop is as follows:
a. You must select the item you wish to purchase and add it to the cart.  
b. The shopping cart contains the reference of the item/s  selected . Then the order form will request personal data which will be added to our database in order to process the order. Remember that personal data should be indicated with accuracy to avoid any confusion or incidents when sending the item s purchased.
c. Once completed the order and before shipment, a summary will be shown identifying the item/s , total price (including shipping and taxes) and shipping information. The order must be confirmed by clicking on the "Accept Purchase".
d. Purchases will be paid by credit card, PayPal, cash on delivery or bank transfer. No other payment is accepted. For credit card payments, the charge is online in real time through the payment gateway of the financial institution concerned, once it is verified the personal and financial data are correct. Confirmed the transaction, the number of order will be communicated through the website for the customer to be able to track it at any time.
e. An e-mail will be sent with the description of the order and the personal data that have been reported. Failure to receive this message can be caused by temporary problems of communications in the network or a clerical error in the email address provided.
 In any case, if you encounter any problems when ordering or you do not know  how  to do it, please contact Customer Service.

Currency and Taxes

Our website shows prices in euros.
Under current legislation, FELDO LUXURY, SL is obliged to charge Spanish VAT to all orders with delivery addresses in member countries of the European Union. Legal persons or professionals with intra NIF (and after checking ) are not charged with VAT.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra are VAT exempt, being then applicable the appropriate taxes of these locations which should be paid by the recipient.

Payment and security

FELDO LUXURY, SL accepts the following payment methods:
• by credit card, the charge will be online in real time through the payment gateway of the financial institution concerned, once it is established that  personal and financial data given are correct. In order to give maximum security to the payment system, FELDO LUXURY, SL uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this case, confidential payment data are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the financial institution concerned. For payment by Visa and MasterCard , we only accept SEC transactions (Secure Electronic Commerce) with the 3D Secure international protocol that is distinguished by the distinctive Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code. The Secure Electronic Commerce has the basic principle of providing security on Internet transactions. When making payment via the secure payment gateway, the system automatically checks the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Then, it will connect to the bank issuing the card which will ask to authorize the transaction by a personal authentication code. The operation is performed only if the issuing bank confirms the credit card authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected. If your transaction has been declined by the payment gateway, it may be because they do not have this type of service selected. Please contact your bank to enable SEC payment.
 As a complementary measure to the system of "insurance payment" and in order to assist in the prevention of fraud over the Internet, FELDO LUXURY, SL can verify personal data supplied by the customer and take appropriate action  (including the cancellation of the order) for the goods purchased to be delivered in accordance with the information contained in the order.

• Through PayPal: We accept payments through PayPal system in all Euro zone countries and the United Kingdom.
• by bank transfer: Customers will be provided with the account number to which the deposit must be made. All costs of the transfer payment will be charged to the customer. For reference the client must indicate the order number and full name, which should coincide with that of the person making the request in order to easily locate the payment and avoid delays in delivery. The order is not accepted until the transfer is received.
 • by cash on delivery. This payment option is only valid for the entire European Union.

Purchase Limit

There is no minimum limit purchase.

FELDO LUXURY, SL does not allow the purchase of items for resale, except to expressly authorized distributors by FELDO LUXURY, SL.  

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the place of delivery of the consignment:

• Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 1 to 5 business days, unless out of stock
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 1 to 5 business days, unless out of stock
• Rest of Europe (including Andorra and Gibraltar): 1 to 5 business days, unless out of stock.

Transport

The transport of goods purchased in FELDO LUXURY, SL is made through a courier company.
It is essential to complete the form correctly and to fill in the box related to your contact number. All this in order to avoid delivery problems (incorrect addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.) Transport rates were calculated based on the country of destination, the item purchased and the packaging used for shipping.

It is not possible to ship orders to PO Boxes.

The shipping costs can be modified at any time without notice. This change will be applied from the time the amendment is included in the help pages and the contract posted on this website. In any case those shipping costs that appear at the time of ordering will be valid.

Warranty

The warranty, which is essential for any change or refund, is the commercial invoice you receive with your order and is valid for 2 years.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse.
• The wear or other consequences of aging of parts (such as scratched glass, metal loss, colour changes in the strap or the metal, etc.)
•    Battery life
• Handling of the product by unauthorized persons (in case of changing batteries, etc…).

In case of defects in material and/or manufacturing or the customer´s  change of mind, FELDO LUXURY, SL accept changes and/or refunds for a 15 days period, counting from the date of reception, provided that the item has not been used and /or damaged. To process a refund within this period, check the section Changes and /or Returns.

Changes and / or returns

If after receiving the purchase you are not satisfied, FELDO LUXURY, SL allows for exchange or refund within 15 days, counting from the date of reception.

 Please, read carefully the conditions that must be met for any exchange or refund:
• FELDO LUXURY, SL cannot accept changes or returns of used or damaged items, or items without their original packaging.
• All items we send within the package should be returned. If the package is missing any of the small parts, the article will not be changed or the full amount refunded.
• Important: For returns or changes, the watch must be returned in the same condition it was received, this includes the plastic covering and all the components no matter how small they are small, and the watch should not have been used. Wearing the watch even once, results in no changes or returns allowed
• All costs incurred for changes or refunds will be paid by the buyer.
• All orders will include a return form which necessarily must be properly filled in and sent together with the merchandise that is returned. In the form you have to write the reason for return, your name, address, telephone and email.
• The deadline for changes will depend on the availability in stock of the model purchased.
• The time period for refund can vary from 10 to 15 days due to the company administrative reasons and depending on the method of payment.

If there were any other problems not included in this section, we are sure it will be negotiated by both parties.

The exchange or refund can be made through a courier or post (in the latter case we recommend it  to be sent by registered mail or return receipt) to:

All returns must be in original packaging with a return form duly completed.
Upon reception of the item/s, FELDO LUXURY, SL will verify that they are in good condition and we will proceed to change it for another item, if this has been requested, or  to refund the money. The refund will be made by the same means by which the payment was initially made. The shipping costs of item/s to be exchanged or returned, by mail or courier, will be charged to the client, and FELDO LUXURY, SL will never accept returns sent freight collect. In case FELDO LUXURY, SL mistakenly sent a different item than the requested one or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, FELDO LUXURY, SL, after checking the fault or defect will pay a proportionate share of the shipping costs (round trip) for defective article upon request to the customer of proof of the return shipping costs.
For orders paid by bank transfer , the client will indicate FELDO LUXURY, SL an account number so that the full amount can be paid in case the client decides  to return the item purchased.

 

Data security and confidentiality

All information provided by customers of FELDO LUXURY, SL will be used only to process purchase orders, to facilitate browsing and buying FELDO LUXURY, SL items and to report via e-mail and /or post of new products, special offers and news groups related to this website and / or FELDO LUXURY, SL in general.
FELDO LUXURY, SL guarantees that the information provided by customers will not be shared with other persons or companies outside the LUXURY FELDO group, SL. The data will be collected on the server FELDO LUXURY, SL through SSL protocol and transmitted in encrypted form will be made to ensure the confidentiality. The server automatically recognizes: IP address, date and time of entry and exit from the website and the file you downloaded.
The personal data received will be treated in accordance with Law 15/99 of December 13th for the  Protection of  Personal Data and other regulations currently in force in Spain.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions of purchase are subject to Spanish law so the sales transactions are understood to be performed in the home of FELDO LUXURY, SL In case of dispute between the parties to this contract, the jurisdiction for the resolution of conflicts is at the Courts of Hellin Court (Albacete - Spain).
