The Idea

The idea for a new FELDO product arose for the first time from a simple drawing.

This drawing was then taken away to be changed and corrected by experienced engineers, thus improving the initial concept.

This is the reason why each FELDO product, whether luxury watches or other design pieces, are assured of being perfectly engineered and are brilliantly executed at the technical level.

This protection must therefore begin the moment the idea for the product is conceived, and continue regardless of when it finally arrives into the marketplace.

For this reason, FELDO leaves their product idea in Swiss hands to protect the design.  Patent protection is first obtained in Switzerland, then in Europe and finally worldwide.

Only commercially available components with special technical characteristics assure the existence of FELDO.  Once this advantage is established, it remains.

It’s important to safeguard this technical knowledge of watches.  It is then complicated to ensure protection from imitations for as long a period as possible.
