Guarantee of contents and links
Although our Web page has been designed with the greatest attention we cannot secure accuracy, integrity and updating of our contents. According to the paragraph 7 Abs.1 TMG, FELDO, the seller, is liable for the contents included in this page following the general rights. However, from paragraph 8 up to paragraph 10 TMG it is not the seller’s responsibility to verify foreign information which has been communicated or filed or even to investigate diverse details dealing with illegal activities. Commintments regarding information elimination or blockage dealing with general rights remain intact. We will proceed to delete certain information inmediately after discovering there is a failure to comply the law. In our website “FELDO timpepieces” some links to external pages whose information cannot be verified are included i. So, we cannot guarantee or be responsible of any of the foreign contents which could appear. The seller and/ or the user will have the liability on the previously mentioned contents. Illegalities concerning the link pages have been checked at the moment of the linkage without discovering any illegal evidence. A permanent monitoring of these pages without any evidence is thought to be excessive. In case of any illegality in these pages, this will be deleted as soon as we will be informed about such irregularity.

FELDO shall have the right to protect their products against any reproduction, making, diffusion or any other use of these products beyond the limits of the intellectual property rights without the owner’s written consent. FELDO is always trying very hard to comply with other people’s intellectual property rights as well as to develop its own designs and creations.
